Report a problem with an answer

If Shine ever gets something wrong, use the report button on the answer inside the app — it sends the full context to our review team. You can also email us with a screenshot. Every report is investigated.

Data requests

To request a copy of your household's data, or its deletion, email us from your guardian email address. See the privacy policy for details.
