Terms of service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms cover your use of Sabi, made by AVT Labs. We've kept them short and plain on purpose. By creating a household account you agree to them.

Who can use Sabi

Household accounts are created by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over. Learners use Sabi through their household — under the consent and oversight of their guardian, and never with their own credentials.

What Sabi is (and isn't)

Sabi is an AI-powered study companion for exam preparation, including WAEC, NECO and JAMB. We work hard to keep answers grounded in the official syllabus and honest about confidence — but Sabi is a study aid, not a guarantee of any exam result, and it doesn't replace school.

Early access

During early access, Sabi is free and features may change, appear or be withdrawn as we improve the product. If paid plans are introduced, you'll see clear pricing before anything costs money — nothing activates silently.

Fair use

  • Don't use Sabi to cheat in a live examination.
  • Don't attempt to break, probe or overload the service.
  • Don't misuse another family's account or data.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or endanger others.

Your content

Questions your family asks (including photos of questions) remain yours. You give us permission to process them to provide tutoring, as described in the privacy policy.

Liability

Sabi is provided "as is" during early access. To the extent the law allows, AVT Labs is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian consumer law.

Changes and contact

If these terms change materially we'll notify guardians before the change applies. Questions? sabi@avt-labs.com.
